Dominican Traditional Creole cuisine - a combination of European, African and Caribbean culinary traditions, using local products. Typical dishes: La Bandera - rice, meat, beans, vegetables and fried green bananas; San Kocho in Dominican - preparing for a broth of various types of meat with vegetables, fish with coconut, Mango - mashed green bananas, getting ready for breakfast; pinonate - a dessert made from milk and coconuts.
