Citizens of Russia for the entry visa is necessary. The normal term of registration of documents in the embassy - about 2 weeks.
To obtain a visa is required:
passport (valid for at least 6 months)
application form in English with a passport-sized photograph attached
hotel booking confirmation (copy) or a voucher to the tour agency seal and signature of responsible person
round-trip airfare or a copy thereof (bylety with an open date shall not be considered)
invitation occurring side - travel, private or official.
Processing Speed - 1 month.
Traveling with children is possible, if they are specified in the invitation.
Transit visa
In Brunei you can enter for a transit visa and stay on it in the country up to 72 hours. Lodging transit visa can be directly at the point of crossing the country. In transit visa may be denied to passengers who have an Israeli passport or a mark of the repeated crossing of the owner of Israel's borders.
For transit visa required:
a passport valid for at least 6 months
plane tickets, the next in a third country, indicating the date of departure and flight numbers
proof of sufficient funds for the entire period of stay or a letter of guarantee local sponsor or firm which designed the holder of the letter guarantees departure from the country within 72 hours
entire set of necessary documents for further repetition of the passenger (a visa in a third country, tickets, travel vouchers, etc.).
The fee for a transit visa is about 0.5 dollar.
