Local markets are open early, around 6 am (and some earlier) and close to 17.00. Best time to visit the markets - morning, noon, most shops have already locked in a sort of siesta, opening again Kolo 15.00-16.00.

During the holidays and festivals of all banks, ministries and embassies are closed.
