Banks are open from 10.00 to 14.00 from Monday to Friday. Currency exchange can be made at banks, hotels, tour agencies and official exchange offices ( "bureaux de change"), but the exchange rate them fairly unattractive. For the real exchange rate can only change money on the black market, but it is illegal.
