To travel to the country need a visa. Documents required for visa:

Photocopy of passport (page with photograph);
Application form;

Confirmation of the purpose of travel:

The cost of visas for Polish citizens of Russia and Belarus are:
- Single entry visa - 10 Euro;
- Double - 16 Euros;
- Multiple - 50 euros.

Free visas are issued to persons under 16 years and over 70 years old, the disabled and residents of the Kaliningrad region.

Citizens of Russia do not need a transit visa to travel through Poland to the countries of the Schengen Treaty, the Czech Republic and Slovakia in the presence of visas in these countries, a temporary residence permit or residence permit in those countries. In such cases, the duration of stay in the territory of the Republic of Poland can not exceed 5 days from the date of entry.

In addition to a visa for entry into Poland, you should have the necessary financial resources that are required to submit at the request of the Polish border guard (visa does not guarantee entry into the country - in any case the final decision rests with the Border Service).
