City of Vladimir - an ancient Russian city with unique historical and architectural monuments. One of the most prominent of these are: The Assumption Cathedral (XII century.) - Is one of the oldest shrines in Russia. In the Assumption Church Knyaginin wonderful frescoes of the monastery survived the middle of XVII century.
