Bulgaria Establishments work

Banks are open Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 16:00, lunch break from 12:00 to 13:00. On weekends and holidays, banks are not working. Credit cards, traveler's checks and Eurocheque have not yet been widely distributed and accepted only at banks and major hotels. Payment most be made in cash.

Shops are open from Monday to Friday. Saturday - "short day", many shops are open seven days a week (at the resorts often to 22:00). Grocery stores often operate around the clock (which would indicate the sign "Non-stop").
