Kingdom of Belgium - Federal State, a constitutional parliamentary monarchy. The Constitution of Belgium on February 7, 1831 as last amended on 14 July 1993, when the Belgian Parliament approved a constitutional reform of the polity of the country, completed a process of federalization, begun in the 70's.
