Introduced to collect on the development of the ARC Resolution of the Verkhovna Rada of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea June 10, 2003 № 587-3/03 "On amendments and additions to the Decree of the Verkhovna Rada of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea on February 19, 2003 № 434-3/03" On the Budget Autonomous Republic of Crimea in 2003, introduced a new local collection - collection on the development of a recreational complex in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea (hereinafter - the collection). Under the terms of the collection on the development of a recreational complex in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, approved by Decision BP Crimea on 10 June 2003 . № 587-3/03 payers collection are:

Ukrainian citizens, foreign citizens and stateless persons who reside in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea for rest and treatment in sanatoria, rest houses, boarding houses, including camps for rest and recreation center (hereinafter - the organized vacationers);

Ukrainian citizens, foreign citizens and stateless persons who reside in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea without permits and kursovok (hereinafter - the unorganized vacationers).

Exempt from payment of duty:

children under the age of 16 years;

children under the age of 18, arrived on holiday in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea under permits of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, acquired in the budget;

disabilities and persons who accompany them

WWII participants and related persons;

liquidators of the Chernobyl accident;

Ukrainian citizens who permanently reside in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol.

The rate of collection for the organized and unorganized holidaymakers set at 5 hryvnia (about 1USD or 30 rubles).

Tourists arriving by car, in addition pay 10 hryvnia at the entrance to the Crimea. The document confirming payment of fee is a receipt, which is valid throughout the calendar year. The fee of resorts and tourism agencies in the registration organized vacationers or selling tours organized by holiday-makers or the business entities in their implementation.
