Cabinet of Ministers approved the list of countries with governments that signed the treaty on the free provision of emergency medical care. In addition to Russia and 10 other countries of CIS, it also includes Bulgaria, Romania, China, United Kingdom. Citizens of those countries with which no intergovernmental agreements, purchase an insurance policy in obtaining visas or crossing the border. Thus, citizens of Russia are required to have insurance, operating on the territory of Ukraine.
