Shops are open from 09:00 to 17:00, on Fridays they are closed for an hour or two later, and some are open until 9 pm.

Banks are open from Monday to Thursday from 09:30 to 16:00 (to 17:00 on Fridays), Saturday and Sunday - the weekend (in some states are working on Saturday morning).

Public catering - from 10 to 22 hours, but some where drinking establishments are closed only after the last visitor. You can pay by credit cards - primarily Visa and Mastercard, as well as other major credit cards, which are universally accepted. Cashed the money from the cards is not very convenient: for this service charge of 15%.
